01. The order

When do I receive my order ?

  • Online purchases will be couriered by our respective courier partner.
  • Orders will be shipped out only Monday to Friday. Any order placed before 2pm will be shipped out the same day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm will be shipped out on the approaching Monday.
  • In any unforeseen circumstances Infinity Vape will not be held liable for any delays that the courier company may or may not occur.
  • No orders will be shipped out on public holidays or weekends
  • All courier packages are our utmost priority to get them to our clients in the least amount of time, however courier services are prolonged to outlying areas out of the major towns.
  • If you do perhaps want to place an order online there is an option of “own courier” which subjectively allows the consumer to either contact their own private courier service (we will need to be notified prior to collection) or an instore collection by the respective party.

02. Returns, exchanges and complaints

  • Please note we will only return items that are still sealed, unless the specific item is defective & within warranty (the specified item will need to be assessed first before any decision is made)
  • Refunds are done within a 7 working day period unless otherwise stated
  • Any item queried as defective must be dropped off at Infinity Vape at client’s own cost.
  • All items being returned must have proof of purchase and be returned within 7 days from purchase. (This includes USB ports on devices). Failure to do so results in refund denied.
  • No warranty is accepted for any pre-made coils
  • All courier packages are required to be checked for correct items as any opened items will be classified as accepted by the consumer.
  • All electronic items carry a 3-month warranty from date purchased with the CONDITION of (NEGLIGENCE, PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE) WHEREAS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID
  • As items are massed produced there are unfortunately factory defects that are possible. To that after item/s are assessed a replacement can take up to 20 days.
  • No sale items are eligible for refund.
  • Pictures and products may vary from actual product supplied to our own exception a swap or refund may or may not take place.
  • All refunds will consist of a 3% administration fee. No exceptions unless otherwise agreed.
  • Batteries are checked appropriately before being dispatched therefore no warranty whatsoever for any battery supplied.
  • Any damages in courier packages must be addressed to Infinity Vape within 24 hours of delivery (with the appropriate security seals intact.
