Return & Refund Policy

1Please note we will only return items that are still sealed, unless the specific item is defective & within warranty (the specified item will need to be assessed first before any decision is made)

Refunds are done within a 7 working day period unless otherwise stated

Any item queried as defective must be dropped off at Infinity Vape at client’s own cost.

All items being returned must have proof of purchase and be returned within 7 days from purchase. (This includes USB ports on devices). Failure to do so results in refund denied.

No warranty is accepted for any pre-made coils

All courier packages are required to be checked for correct items as any opened items will be classified as accepted by the consumer.

All electronic items carry a 3-month warranty from date purchased with the CONDITION of (NEGLIGENCE, PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE) WHEREAS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID, With the exception of Disposable devices.

As items are massed produced there are unfortunately factory defects that are possible. To that after item/s are assessed a replacement can take up to 10 days.

No sale items are eligible for refund.

Pictures and products may vary from actual product supplied to our own exception a swap or refund may or may not take place.

All refunds will consist of a 3% administration fee. No exceptions unless otherwise agreed.

Batteries are checked appropriately before being dispatched therefore no warranty whatsoever for any battery supplied.

Any damages in courier packages must be addressed to Infinity Vape within 24 hours of delivery (with the appropriate security seals intact).
